• Pre-rental inspection required upon any changes in tenancy, occupancy, or property ownership.
• Inspection from the Board of Health required prior to each new tenancy.
• You can fill out by printing a form or completing the fillable form at the link provided.
• You can Mail to or Drop off to:

There is a $35.00 inspection fee per Dwelling/Rooming Unit.
Failure to comply with requirements may result in $50.00 fines assessed daily.
