Property Registration Information Form

Rental Property Registration

  • Must register every year before December 1.  There is no charge.
  • It is important the Town of Adams has your current contact information and the local property manager, if applicable, in case of an emergency.
  • You can register by printing a form or completing the fillable form at the link provided.
  • You can Mail to or drop off to:

You still must register even if:

  • your property is vacant or being renovated
  • your tenants are relatives who are 18 or older and not on the deed, or
  • you don’t collect rent on the units.

NOTE:  If the property is VACANT or ABANDONED you must complete the registration form.  There is a $100.00 fee that should accompany your registration form.
