Board of Assessors
About Us
The Board of Assessors functions as the administrative body for all activities pertaining to the real and personal property assessments of the Town of Adams. The Assessors must discover and list all taxable property, maintaining accurate ownership and property information. The motor vehicle excise tax is also administered by this department. This department is the focal point for excise, personal property and real estate tax abatements and for exemptions on real-estate taxes.
