“The Town of Adams, Massachusetts is soliciting proposals from food service providers that are well established, financially sound, and able to deliver creative and innovative approaches to operate the food services envisioned at Greylock Glen.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available from the Community Development Department.   To obtain a copy of the RFP or to pre-register for the pre-proposal conference and walk-through at the Outdoor Center Building and , please contact Kbelanger@town.adams.ma.us.  Attendees should convene at the Outdoor Center site along Gould Road, Adams, Massachusetts 01220 on Thursday November 16th at 11:00am.  The pre-proposal conference and walk-through at the Outdoor Center Building has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 30th at 11:00 AM.

Proposals must be  received no later than 4:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the Adams Town Hall, Town Administrator's Office, 8 Park Street, 2nd Floor, Adams, MA 01220 and marked "RFP #24-002: Cafe Operator at Greylock Glen Outdoor Center." “
