  • Interprets and administers labor contracts and Personnel Rules & Regulations (covering non-bargaining employees).
  • Coordinates industrial accident reports, Injured on Duty Reports, affirmative action and equal opportunity reports.
  • New hire paperwork, physicals and reporting.
  • Coordinates staff training for Accounts Payable, payroll and other training as needed.
  • In-house IT Support for staff and IT Director as needed.
